TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of histhreadsco.com and purchases from His Threads Co. LLC (“His Threads Co.,” “the Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). His Threads Co. LLC—not any owner or employee personally—is the party to these Terms.
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use the Store on your own behalf. If you are under 18, you may use the Store only with a parent or guardian’s involvement and consent. Provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Products and orders
We sell Christian apparel and related products, including made-to-order items printed after you order. Colors, sizing, photos, and measurements may vary reasonably. Slight differences in print placement, texture, or color are not defects.
Prices and availability may change. An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for inventory, production, pricing-error, suspected fraud, or Terms issues. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged for that order.
Check size, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact details before you pay.
3. Payment and promotions
Shopify and its payment providers process charges. We do not store full card numbers. You authorize charges for the order, shipping, and applicable tax.
Promotions (including a signup discount such as 15% off) have stated dates, exclusions, and limits. Unless we say otherwise, codes cannot be combined and may be limited to one use per customer, email, phone, household, or order. A discount offered for joining email or SMS is optional and is not required to buy at the regular price.
International orders may owe duties, VAT, or customs. Those are yours unless the law says otherwise.
4. Printful and shipping
Printful, LLC and its facilities print, pack, and ship made-to-order items. His Threads Co. remains the seller and your support contact. Printful may use the name, address, and order details needed to fulfill. Printful’s own terms may also apply to production and transit.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier, customs, weather, incorrect address, or other delays outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for a complete, deliverable address.
5. Returns
Made-to-order items are not returnable for change of mind, size, or color unless the law requires it or we say otherwise in writing.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is the wrong item, email hello@histhreadsco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. After review we may replace, credit, or refund. Do not return a package unless we tell you to.
6. Marketing email and SMS
Email and SMS marketing are optional. Consent is not required to purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel texts and HELP for help. Details are in the signup text, our SMS Terms, and our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Store, site content, logos, and our designs are owned by His Threads Co. LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or use our designs except as the item you bought allows for personal use. You may not use our name or designs to imply we endorse you.
8. Privacy and other companies
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. Shopify, Printful, payment providers, carriers, Meta, and our email/SMS provider have their own policies for systems they control.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt fraud, scrape the store, interfere with checkout, or submit false information. We may suspend access or cancel orders if we reasonably suspect that conduct.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” without unstated warranties. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers; those limits apply only as far as the law permits.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, His Threads Co. LLC and its members, managers, owners, affiliates, and providers (including Shopify and Printful) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Our aggregate liability for a claim arising out of an order or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law forbids that limit. Non-waivable consumer rights remain.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify His Threads Co. LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent we caused the claim.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms to the extent the law allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that non-waivable consumer protections of your home state still apply if they cannot be waived. Except where the law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
