Shipping policy

We do not keep inventory. Printful prints each Comfort Colors 1717 shirt to order and ships it to you.

Processing

Printing and packing typically take 2–5 business days (weekends and holidays do not count). Most orders ship within 5 business days. Times can stretch in peak seasons.

Delivery after it ships

- United States: usually 3–4 business days in transit

- International: usually 5–20 business days in transit, depending on the country

These are estimates, not guarantees. Checkout may show a more specific window for your address.

Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking once Printful hands the package to the carrier.

Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the carrier cannot deliver because of a wrong or incomplete address, or an unclaimed package, Printful may return it. Reshipping then usually includes a new shipping charge.

International orders

You are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes your country charges. Delivery can be delayed in customs.

Lost packages

If tracking stops or the package never arrives, email hello@histhreadsco.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful on a reprint or refund when the claim is approved.
