These SMS Terms apply when you opt in to text messages from His Threads Co. LLC (“His Threads Co.,” “we,” “us”). The store Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
Program
His Threads Co. recurring marketing texts: offers, cart reminders, and new-product updates. Messages are sent using automated technology. Consent is not required to buy.
How you opt in
By providing your number and submitting the signup form or popup, you agree to these SMS Terms and to receive the texts described above.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You may also email hello@histhreadsco.com.
We do not share SMS opt-in for others’ marketing
We will not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for those purposes. We use a text platform only to send His Threads Co. messages. Carriers and that platform may process numbers to deliver texts and handle STOP/HELP.
A phone number given at checkout or used by an ad-matching tool may still be hashed for ad measurement, as described in our Privacy Policy. That is not a transfer of SMS consent.
